New track in the case of Cassandra

Is unfolding in the case of nine year old Cassandra from Neviges a spectacular turnaround?
The homicide squad has a new track: a fingerprint on the bag that was hidden in the Cassandras jacket.
The problem: The fingerprint does not match the strongly suspects and arrested 14-year-olds should have thrown the Cassandra into a channel slot.
Astrid Denecke, a lawyer of the 14-year-olds: "There is this track. The investigators should find the person that matches the fingerprint. Then they also have probably the culprit. I have serious doubts about the guilt of the boy. Nor is it true that the boy says nothing. He has testified ten hours, the fact is always disputed. It should make us think that when, under the alleged burden of proof and circumstantial evidence does not collapse. "
Their appeal was dismissed, however, imprisonment in the late afternoon by the court. Thus, the 14-year-old must remain in custody. The judge was sufficient evidence of the prosecution.
